Description
You should have the ability to have client specific settings for the ignore list.
For instance, I use Quassel both for work-related and private channels, and I'd like to filter inappropriate links (like: .jpg*nsfw) only while I'm using my work computer.

<al> that might be a good reason not to replace ignorelistmanager with a solely core-sided redirectionmanager <al> although one could probably just augment the ignorelist settings with one supplied by the connected clients
