Description

I keep thinking about a general -DEMBED_DATA flag (or something like that) that will embed all separate files (e.g. for deploying on windows), rather than the confusing fine-grained control we have now. On unixy systems, having separate files is usually the preferred way.

Should probably couple that to -DSTATIC, since static builds should usually embed all data.
