I would think this would be a good use case for a plugin (once we have plugin support). I am not in favor of implementing network-specific stuff in Quassel itself; I'd much rather prefer network plugins for stuff like that...

As I know that this will be realized via the "scripting engine", plz make it so, that you can use it for different auth-mechanisms as well, like bitlbee:
/msg &bitlbee identify <password>
