Quassel IRC

It would be amazing if Quassel could have messages scheduled / programmed in the future. Not only scheduled but also to be sent, for example, when a user is seen.

Given that the Quassel core is already connected all the time, this is a great opportunity for a feature like this. Recently I saw a new user on a channel that said something very interesting, and then left. I would like to tell Quassel that next time the program sees him on the channel to send him a message.

Or just to schedule a message to a specific time in the future. For example if I want to wait some time to send a release news message, to do it. Something like that.
