Quassel IRC

When removing a buffer the core buffersyncer doesn't seem to properly remove this buffer from it's internal list. On next core connect activity info is sent to the client even for buffer that no longer exist. for example:

$ ./quasselclient
Client::updateLastSeen(): Unknown buffer 12
Client::updateLastSeen(): Unknown buffer 304
Client::updateLastSeen(): Unknown buffer 305

Steps to reproduce:

1.) delete a buffer
2.) disconnect from core
3.) reconnect to core and wait a bit
