usability - double click handling for nick view

it would be nice if a doubleclick on a username in the nick view would open/start (if not already existant) and choose a user query.

only half of this is resolved. the query is being started but not selected yet. perhaps it would be good if all new queries/channels were active by default - or at least the queries the user initiated.

Now all newly created buffers are selected per default.
Dunno if this is suitable for every user.
Perhaps make this configurable so users have a choice to always open all new buffers, or only new queries or none?

when double-clicking on a user with an existing query it would be nice if this buffer would just get selected and no "Starting query with" message would appear.
