Description
-tooltip doesn't work with windows (hidden behind toolbar)
-minimize on click works with linux, not with windows
-problems with raise in linux
-minimize on minimize button makes problem under windows
that should be all

*removed tooltip - if nescessary perhaps trayicon::displayMessage() should be used
*removed minimize-on-minimize for winodws until problem resolved
*left-click on the trayicon minimizes the application in windows again

Apart from the raise() (put window on top) which works differntly (works or doesnot work) with different OSes and Screenmanagers, the rest should work just fine.
