Quassel IRC

Current Quassel behaviour is to connect to the last server that a successful connection was made to. However, this leaves the user no option to change their preferred server. The list of servers for each network has buttons that allow the user to reorder the servers, but the order currently has little effect on the way Quassel connects.

Ideally, when the core starts or the user initiates a connect, Quassel should attempt connection to the first server in the list, and progress down the list only if connection to the preceding server failed. (Note, Quassel's handling of failed connections is currently quite poor.)
